What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer- Quality Assurance Material&Component Quality Team who will join our team at Dryer Plant.

• Responsible for the electrical and electromechanical component suppliers of Dryer Plant,
• Reporting quality performances of suppliers,
• Responsible for the incoming quality control process,
• Representing Quality Assurance Department along the New Product Execution Process,
• Overlooking the whole New Product Execution Process from the Quality Angle,
• Coordinating the Quality Improvement Projects,
• Taking care of the Process Quality, Corrective and Preventive Actions,
• To analyze product failure, a deep dive into possible root causes,
• Improving corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints,
• Following the standards that the workplace has used,
• In supplier and subsidiary industry operations, determining and improving industry-specific technical parameters, and implementing the general quality improvement plans for the suppliers.

The position is located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Electronic & Communication Engineering,
• Having experience in Process Quality is a plus,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
