What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Quality Assurance who will join our team at the Refrigerator Product Directorate.

• Representing Quality Assurance Department along the New Product Execution Process,
• Overlooking the whole New Product Execution Process from the Quality Angle,
• Coordinating the Quality Improvement Projects,
• Responsibility of Incoming Quality
• Relationship Management with Suppliers
• Taking care of the Process Quality, Corrective and Preventive Actions,
• To analyze product failure, deep dive into possible root causes
• Improving corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints,
• Following the standards that the workplace has used.

The position is located in Eskişehir.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or similar
• Having experience in Quality is a plus,
• Ability for data analysis,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Data-driven approach and ability to translate data into insights and actions,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
