Cost Monitoring & Reporting : Track actual costs vs. budget across all packages, prepare monthly cost reports, and flag deviations with root-cause analysis.
Change Management : Evaluate and validate contractor claims, variations, and change orders, ensuring alignment with contract terms and budget impact.
Forecasting & Cash Flow : Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections based on committed and anticipated expenditures.
Final Account Closure : Lead the reconciliation and closure of final accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documented.
System & Data Integrity : Maintain cost data accuracy in ERP or cost management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Candy, or bespoke platforms).
Supports in field measurement, verification, and quantity documentation.
Prepares preliminary reports for review by the Quantity Audit Lead.
