What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D Configuration Cost And Change Management who will join our team at Dishwasher Product Directorate.

• Collect, analyze, and report on project data
• Conduct data analyses on costs, product development, and other processes to support effective decision-making
• Develop and recommend improvements to increase efficiency in processes
• Create and apply new analytical models to enhance project performance through data-driven approaches
• Prepare and present necessary reports to project teams and management
• Having knowledge about, RPA Projects and digital tool usage (Power Apps, Phyton etc.)
• Knowledge of 6Sigma tools and project management
• Understanding consumer insights,
• Encourage collaboration and communication among team members

The position is located in Ankara, Turkey.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Master’s/Doctorate Degree is a plus,
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related positions
• Knowledge and experience of data management and process improvement projects
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for problem-solving
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adapting to the market trends and new Technologies,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
• Experience in data analytics, process improvement, and cost analysis
• Proficient in Excel and preferably experienced with data analysis software (Python, R, etc.)
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and possesses strong analytical thinking skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
