What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D who will join our team at Dishwasher Product Directorate.

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Conduct market insight analyses to evaluate industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
• Perform cost analyses to assess operational efficiencies and profitability.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical findings with business objectives.
• Utilize statistical and analytical tools to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.

The position is located in Ankara.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Industrial Engineer, Economics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in market insights or cost analysis.Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, or Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the industry related to the company’s focus.Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning techniques.Familiarity with ERP systems or financial analysis tools.
