What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Engineer - R&D (Configuration&Cost Management) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate.

• Coordinating national and international collaboration projects

• Managing and executing R&D center processes

• Contributing to the preparation of the R&D center activity report

• Managing national and international incentive processes such as Horizon 2020, Eureka, Teydep, Santez, etc.

• Coordinating projects carried out within the company

• Conducting R&D process development projects

• Implementing digitalization projects for activities carried out within the department

The position is located in Manisa.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant engineering department (preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Experience in project management, technical process follow-up, and documentation
• Experience in process analysis, standardization, and improvement initiatives
• Preferably experienced in coordinating national or international projects (e.g., Teydep, Santez, H2020, etc.)
• Familiarity with RPA, business automation, or process digitalization projects
• Interest in the application of AI in business processes and willingness to learn in this field
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and systematic working skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in coordination with different teams
• Preferably experienced with Jira, Power Automate, UiPath, Python, BI tools, or similar platforms
• Preferably experienced in project tracking, reporting, data analysis, and process standardization
