What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Engineer - R&D (Configuration&Cost Management) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Conducting patent searches on behalf of the company and reviewing designs in terms of intellectual property rights
• Improving the quality of patent applications
• Reducing patent protection costs
• Identifying intellectual property infringements by competitors
• Organizing idea generation activities and initiating patent applications for eligible ideas
• Enhancing the R&D team’s competencies in intellectual property matters
• Preparing reports on which products the company’s patents are used in and ensuring that incentives are obtained accordingly
• Preparing and managing confidentiality agreements on behalf of the company
  
  
  

The position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering)
• Experience in project management, technical process monitoring, and documentation
• Experience in process analysis, standardization, and improvement initiatives
• Preferably experienced in intellectual property / IP-related work
