What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer – R&D (Design Implementation) who will work for Refrigerator Product Directorate.

• Designing new parts & making modifications to existing parts,
• Realizing a new part/project/product implementation activities,
• Making conceptual designs, conducting research for design and producibility of new parts,
• Following trends in the industry and realizing benchmark activities,
• Making design verification activities by designing prototyping and testing procedure,
• Making static and dynamic analysis for design parts,
• Using analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems,
• Making cost improvement projects.
• Project leadership and membership.
• Taking an active role in international projects.

The position is located in Eskişehir, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 1 years of experience in part design, preferably metal sheet and plastic parts and production methods,
• Having experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling, Drafting Surface, Assembly),
• Having experience in production methods for plastic, sheet metal or metal injection process,
• Having experience in development from idea to product and conceptual design,
• Having solid knowledge in perceived quality, design materials, reliability,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
