What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Engineer-R&D (Design Implementation) who will work for R&D Directorate – Manisa Plant in Beko Corporate.

• Analyze project management processes to identify automation and digitalization opportunities
• Simplify and improve repetitive, manual, and time-consuming work steps
• Identify processes suitable for RPA solutions, define business rules, and monitor implementation processes
• Identify use cases for AI-based applications within project processes and support their implementation
• Contribute to the digitalization, standardization, and improved traceability of processes
• Gather requirements from relevant teams, clarify functional expectations, and develop solution proposals
• Manage the testing, deployment, and improvement activities of developed automation and digitalization solutions
• Monitor process performance and develop efficiency-enhancing recommendations

The position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering)

• Experience in project management, process development, or digital transformation initiatives

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement areas

• Familiarity with RPA, business automation, or process digitalization projects

• Interest in AI applications in business processes and willingness to learn in this field

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and systematic working skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in coordination with different teams

• Preferably experienced with platforms such as Jira, Power Automate, UiPath, Python, BI tools, or similar

• Preferably experienced in project tracking, reporting, data analysis, and process standardization
