Engineer - Right of way Services

Job Description

• Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas and suggestions
• Attending training workshops and reviewing the technical guidelines followed in the organization
• Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department
• Adhere to RTA information Security Policies and Procedures, related to data protection and as per approved regulations
• Study and approve temporary entrances, exits, and fencing applications for the construction site while considering traffic safety requirements
• Study and evaluate traffic diversions for minor and main roads in coordination with relevant departments in the Roads and Transport Authority
• Process no-objection certificates for gate level applications
• Issue work permits in right of way and review plans according to the technical standards followed by the Roads and Transport Authority
• Conducting field visits for long-term road diversions and ensuring the contractor's compliance with the approved permits
• Review and approve permits for temporary pavement occupancy requests while maintaining clear pedestrian walkways
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience
