Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Electrical Maintenance crew to ensure maximum efficiency and reduced production downtime.
• Investigate equipment breakdowns and determine material and manpower requirements.
• Analyze maintenance jobs to ensure work is completed according to standard practices.
• Plan and schedule electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Arrange and allocate crew effectively for maintenance tasks.
• Perform hands-on electrical maintenance work when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electrical or Electronics.
• 1–3 years of relevant industrial experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, VFDs, and PLCs.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in shift operations.
• SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and team supervision skills.
