Purpose of the position: Engineering Coordinator (Mechanical / Process Engineering background with experience in EPCI)

How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering activities related to specific matters that are critical for the project, for example: engineering
  
  

Progress monitoring, engineering for procurement monitoring, vendor follow up traversal coordination, key quantities trending

monitoring, equipment summary follows up, and any other topic evaluated specifically critically in the specific project

• Support the Technical Manager in engineering coordination of specific topics critical for estimation purpose
• Support the Technical Manager providing engineering coordination and ensuring proper communications among various
  
  

disciplines on specific matters affecting project delivery such as for example engineering progress monitoring, engineering for

procurement monitoring, vendor follow up traversal coordination, key quantities trending monitoring, equipment summary

follow up, engineering for construction monitoring, engineering for fabrication monitoring and any other topic evaluated

specifically critical in the specific project

• Facilitate technical decisions in case of different positions or conflicts between disciplines
• Ensure review/application of contractual documents within own area of responsibility
• Supervise issue of multidisciplinary engineering deliverables within own area of responsibility
• Ensure, within own area of responsibility, proper interdisciplinary verifications/controls during engineering activities
• Manage changes in engineering limiting impact on construction feasibility
• Participate in contract management giving technical support on variation requests/change orders
• Participate, as applicable, in a Project meeting and workshop
• Development of new workflows resulting in significant productivity benefits along with error free design
• Promote the optimization of engineering function workflows and technical standards to improve efficiency
• Collect feedback from Projects for continuous improvement of work process (Lesson Learned)

Education: Engineering background

Experience: 10 years

Languages: English is a must

IT Skills: Professional knowledge MS office
