Engineering Coordinator (MEP)

Minimum 10+ Years in MEP Engineering (Construction Projects)
Mandatory UAE – Dubai Experience
Preferred Age: Up to 35 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Engineering (MEP) to be designated as Engineering Coordinator, responsible for leading and overseeing all MEP engineering operations across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong UAE-Dubai background with proven leadership and technical expertise in managing complex MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MEP engineering team across multiple project sites
• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems and services
• Coordinate with project managers, civil teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Ensure compliance with UAE engineering standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines for all MEP-related activities
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for MEP procurement and execution
• Prepare engineering reports and present project updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.) – Mechanical or Electrical preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering within construction projects
• Mandatory UAE-Dubai experience
• Age: Up to 35 years
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience as Engineering Coordinator in UAE-Dubai projects
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Dubai Civil Defence regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar engineering tools
