SME Engineering Packing line - Value creator with following aspects

Role - Capability building of operators and technician for Packing Machine operation along with their maintenance.

Key Equipment’s – Blister, Bottle lines
Make – BQS-ACG, CVC, Countec
Target Profiles Companies - ACG , CVC

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Focuses on prevention, identification and elimination of failures.
Supporting Operators & technicians on precision operations and participates in basic care Trainings & OJTs.
Condition Monitoring
Make wise Breakdown – Visual /Videographic Troubleshooting guide preparation, Training of Site wise Engineers & Technicians Pool, pre –post assessment
Visual /Videographic PM standard deployment (PM Checklist Sop revision)
RCA meetings – WHY WHY Analysis /One Point Lesson/Kaizens
Equipment FMEA
Equipment component Tree
Process Improvement – OEE improvements
Linking CPP’s to machine components
Spare part strategy deployment

Operators, technicians & Engineers operational & engineering capability
