• Condition Monitoring
• Make wise Breakdown – Visual /Videographic Troubleshooting guide preparation, Training of Site wise Engineers & Technicians Pool, pre –post assessment
• Visual /Videographic PM standard deployment (PM Checklist Sop revision)
• RCA meetings – WHY WHY Analysis /One Point Lesson/Kaizens
• Equipment FMEA
• Equipment component Tree
• Process Improvement – OEE improvements
• Linking CPP’s to machine components
• Spare part strategy deployment
• Operators, technicians & Engineers operational & engineering capability
