  • Strong Communication skills & High level of ownership as directly interacting with client business, end-users & PM.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
  • Ability to lead by example, inspires the team to perform at a very high level, and collaborates well across different teams.
  • Ensure all code developed conforms to the Software Development Life Cycle SOP and Coding Standards.
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Skills Required:
  • Proficient in C# and SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Good Communication & Client Interactive Skills
  • Ready to work in Shift (11:30 AM IST to 08:30 PM IST)
  • Excellent in profiling, debugging tools, architectural and code review.
  • Strong Technical, Analytical Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and talent management skills.
