Engineering Lead Analyst - Vice President

The Application Solutions Engineering Lead will play a pivotal role in engineering modern application products and solutions, collaborating closely with management. This position is central to fostering the technical growth of the APAC Application Solutions team members. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day guidance, oversight, and mentorship to the Chennai team within the Application Solutions organization. A critical aspect of this role involves training and upskilling the team in cutting-edge modern application solutions, including but not limited to Liquit, Intune, AppVolumes, MAC, MSI, and other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in engineering modern application products and solutions.
• Collaborate with management to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.
• Drive the technical development and growth of team members within the APAC Application Solutions team.
• Provide daily guidance, oversight, and mentorship to the Chennai team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs to upskill the team in key modern application solutions such as Liquit, Intune, AppVolumes, MAC, and MSI.
• Research and integrate future emerging technologies into the team's skillset and offerings.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of application packaging strategies and best practices.

Job Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

• 12+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
• Proven expertise with Recast Liquit.
• Experience with Omnissa AppVolumes.
• Strong knowledge of MS MECM/SCCM.
• Proficiency in MS ECM/Intune.
• Familiarity with MAC JAMF.
• Hands-on experience with AdminStudio.
• Extensive knowledge of application packaging principles and practices.
• Advanced scripting abilities with Powershell.

Desired Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent)
• Azure Cloud Certification (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• JAMF Associate
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK)
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
• ITIL Foundation (or higher)
