We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager with deep technical expertise in Java, React, Angular, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, TypeScript, and AI/ML technologies. This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and people leadership.

The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable solutions. You will oversee teams building next-generation applications that leverage modern full-stack frameworks and AI/ML-driven intelligence, ensuring delivery excellence while fostering innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across multiple disciplines (frontend, backend, AI/ML).
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Manage performance reviews, hiring, and team career development.
• Technical Strategy & Execution
• Define the engineering roadmap in collaboration with product leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, React, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Ensure code quality, system reliability, and adherence to architectural best practices.
• AI/ML Integration
• Guide the design and implementation of AI and machine learning models into production systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into practical applications.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions are scalable, ethical, and aligned with business objectives.
• Full Stack Ownership
• Drive end-to-end development across backend systems, APIs, web applications, and AI/ML components.
• Oversee deployment processes with an emphasis on CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud integration.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business priorities.
• Act as the bridge between engineering and leadership teams, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
• Contribute to technical decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, React, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of AI and ML frameworks, with experience deploying models into production environments.
• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns such as microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to lead diverse engineering teams and deliver large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
