Responsible for service station opening tasks, including four stages: site survey, graphic design, full set of construction drawings design, as well as project design tracking and implementation.
Undertake project management work, covering the management and follow-up of single-station projects and group-level special projects. Formulate effective project plans, promote project progress, and track project outcomes. When multiple projects are ongoing, reasonably allocate time to ensure on-time project delivery.
Focus on business changes, deeply identify business pain points, and adopt flexible design solutions to enhance productivity and drive business efficiency.
Be responsible for the continuous iteration of planning and design standards throughout the design process.
Undertake other special tasks and rectification work as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
; prior experience in
dark store
operations is preferred.
Possess design experience in the chain store industry, with solid professional design knowledge (including decoration, electrical and mechanical engineering, HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection, etc.).
Proficiency in commonly used design software; candidates with data analysis capabilities or merchandise planning experience are preferred.
Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills; demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, courage to embrace change, and result-oriented work attitude.
Strong learning ability, equipped with internet thinking and a sense of ownership.
High adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle emergencies and urgent tasks effectively, and be willing to travel for work.
