Engineering Manager

Project Experience Required:

• Residential and Commercial Building Projects
• High-Rise Building Construction Experience (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial high-rise projects
• Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure construction as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Plan project schedules and monitor progress to meet timelines and budgets
• Review structural, architectural drawings, BOQs, and estimates
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical expertise in high-rise RCC construction
• Experience in planning, execution, and site management
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
