Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing the engineering team to deliver high-quality products, systems, and solutions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to oversee project execution, support team development, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, quality, and leadership
- Establish and maintain engineering standards, processes, and best practices
- Review and approve designs, specifications, and technical documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
- Participate in strategic planning and long-term engineering initiatives

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field required; Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and project management
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred

Starting Salary: $90,000-$120,000 annually depending on experience.
