Admin lead (Construction and civil engineering Background)

We are seeking a highly organized, industry-savvy Administrative Lead to serve as the backbone of our operations. This isn't a typical desk job. You will be the bridge between our engineers in the field and the executive office, ensuring that project documentation, permits, and subcontractor schedules move as fast as our builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Documentation: Manage Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders with precision.
  • Compliance & Permitting: Coordinate with local municipalities for civil engineering permits and ensure all site safety documentation is up to date.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior administrative staff and act as the primary point of contact for project managers and site leads.
  • Financial Support: Assist in tracking project budgets, processing progress billings, and managing lien waivers.
  • Schedule Coordination: Maintain the master calendar for multi-phase civil projects, ensuring deadlines for inspections and material deliveries are met.

Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3–9 years in an administrative role specifically within Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, or Sage) is highly preferred.
  • Problem Solver: You don’t just report a delay; you help find a workaround.
  • Communication: Ability to speak the "language" of engineers while maintaining professional relationships with clients and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
