Planning Engineer- Construction

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with strong expertise in UAE villa and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and engineering teams for project execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Analyze delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Track manpower, materials, and productivity against planned targets.
• Support tender planning and resource allocation activities.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in villa and high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.
• Excellent reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
