Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in building construction projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans.
• Track project progress and identify schedule variances.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor resource allocation and productivity.
• Support project planning from pre-construction through project completion.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in building construction projects.
• Mandatory UAE building construction experience.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, project controls, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
