About the Team
Join the AHV team, the hypervisor for Nutanix’s Enterprise Cloud. We are responsible for the quality and resiliency of the core hypervisor stack that powers our customers' most mission-critical workloads. As a manager here, you won't just find bugs—you will influence architecture. You will lead a team responsible for end-to-end test planning and the creation of sophisticated automation frameworks that simulate complex, high-scale customer environments. We are looking for leaders who champion a 'quality-first' culture, driving continuous improvement in product quality, scalability, and reliability across the entire development lifecycle.
Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and technically strong QA leader to drive quality for the Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV) area — a critical component of Nutanix’s distributed systems stack. This role involves leading end-to-end quality efforts for complex features across virtualization, networking, storage and distributed systems, ensuring high-quality releases that power the Nutanix platform.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
