Position: Engineering Manager - Structures

Experience: 8-10 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Design Engineer with proven experience in long span bridge design (Extradosed bridge & Cable Stayed Bridges), Pile & well foundation design, and superstructure design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual and detailed design of Extradosed bridge & Cable Stayed Bridges
• Conceptual and detailed design of concrete, and composite structures.
• Structural modeling and design of various superstructures (PSC Box girders, segmental construction, cable-stayed, etc.).
• Design and analysis of Well & Pile foundations, especially for river bridges and complex geotechnical conditions.
• Planning and organising design team, review designs, ensuring resources are properly assigned to project tasks.
• Preparation of detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients.
• Mentorship of junior engineers and design review responsibilities.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in bridge design, with hands-on exposure to Indian codes (IRC, IS) & International codes (AASHTO, Eurocode) also preferred.
• Proficiency in design and analysis software (MIDAS, LUSAS, SOFiSTiK, etc.).

• Experience in design of Extradosed bridge or Cable Stayed Bridges & elevated corridors.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
