We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review approved development scopes and architectural designs to define engineering requirements (civil, structural, MEP, infrastructure, etc.).

• Oversee site-specific studies (geotechnical, utility, flood, traffic) and integrate findings into the engineering design process.

• Supervise external consultants to ensure timely delivery of designs, reports, and drawings aligned with approved development parameters.

• Review engineering designs for feasibility, infrastructure capacity, and compliance with architectural intent, land use plans, and site conditions.

• Verify deliverables meet codes, industry standards, and sustainability requirements.

• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure alignment on design, phasing, and constructability.

• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews to identify optimization opportunities.

• Prepare technical documentation for engineering review boards and support approval processes.

• Ensure proper archiving of technical drawings, reports, and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering (depending on specialization).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Relevant software expertise (e.g., ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
