BGS Commercial Modifications is seeking a proactive and results-driven Engineering Operations Specialist (Experienced) in Long Beach, California to support our BCA Engineering and leadership teams. We have a collaborative team culture that values initiative, clarity, and measurable results. In this role you will support BCA Engineering and leadership team with resource management and forecasting, presentation support and supporting business initiatives. You will work closely with our engineering, finance, and program management teams to build relationships and deliver results.

Position Responsibilities:

Capacity planning & forecasting for all levels of management, quarterly forecasts and long-range business support, financial data integration, and critical skills coordination with management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ in Business Operations or other finance-related field

  • 3+ years of experience developing and leading business strateg

Currently you possess a business-related degree such as: Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Strateg

Summary Pay Range: $90,950 - $123,050
