Job description- Engineering & Production drawing team leader designer

Roles and Responsibilities

· Create detailed technical drawings and plans for millwork projects.

· Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure feasibility and quality of designs.

· Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

· Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

· Maintain organized records of all projects and revisions.

· Project Planning and coordination, site management & execution.

· Independent execution of site as per drawing and scheduled time frame and budget.

· Coordinate with Architects, contractors & consultants and fulfil the requirement of sites.

· Prepare kitchens & kitchens equipment’ s design in KCDW” & setup according to company menu. Visit the site for check the Measurement and progress of work.

· Expert in interior space planning, and drafting layouts.

· Kitchen, Wardrobe, Vanity, Bar Unit & Door Design.

· Working in design section for maintaining and preparing interior and exterior drawings and development of project activities.

· Drafting by Auto-CAD & Drawing board.

· To take measurements on site & sketch site plan.

· Making Quotation & BOQ. (Bill of Quantity)

· Team leader for assigned projects.

Knowledge of DRAFTING WORK:

Furniture Detail Designing. · Working Detail Drawings · Kitchen Detail Designing · Toilet Designing · Plumbing Drawings · Electrical Drawings · Bar Designing · Door Window Schedule. · Electrical Drawings, Looping plans · Construction details (furniture, door windows detail, wall panelling, stairs, flooring, false ceiling, Section details, Elevations)

Qualifications

· Degree or diploma in drafting, architecture, or a related field.

· Experience in the millwork industry is highly preferred.

· Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
