Job Summary:
Lead paint shop maintenance activities with a strong focus on electrical, robotics, and control systems. Ensure smooth and reliable operation of paint shop equipment through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in paint shop operations.

• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems (ABB/Fanuc), PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley), HMI, and control panels.

• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Diagnose faults in electrical, automation, and conveyor systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and energy standards.

• Support process improvements and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive or industrial paint shop maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of Robotics, PLC, HMI, Drives, and Control Systems.
