Senior Engineer - Maintenance (Paint shop & Utility)

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of paintshop equipment (e.g., pre-treatment plants, spray booths, ovens, conveyors, robots, and wastewater treatment systems).
• Ensure availability and reliability of paintshop equipment to meet production targets.
• Analyze recurring failures and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and process teams for process improvements and optimization of paint consumption and equipment efficiency.
• Manage paintshop automation systems (robots, PLCs, SCADA, sensors, conveyors).
• Maintain spare parts inventory, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of utilities such as compressors, chillers, boilers, air dryers, cooling towers, RO plants, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor utility consumption (power, water, compressed air, nitrogen, etc.) and ensure energy efficiency and cost optimization.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and statutory inspections (e.g., boiler, pressure vessel, air receivers).
• Ensure availability of utilities to meet production demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
