Engineering Project Coordinator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our Engineering team. This role plays a vital part in supporting new product introductions (NPI) across all business channels by managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the successful execution of each project phase.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the central communication hub for new product introduction projects, coordinating information between Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales Coordination, and external Contract Designers.

Interpret and work from customer-supplied and Stickley- generated specification drawing.

Track and organize cost data to support pricing and quoting during new production development.

Create detailed parts lists from spec drawing to support accurate and timely quotations.

Collaborate directly with off-site designers throughout the shop drawing and control sample approval stages.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans- including deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities.

Conduct routine follow-ups to ensure materials and components remain on schedule for each project.

Support Engineering in providing customers and technical feedback and presenting value-engineering solutions.
Qualifications a
nd Education

A bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field is commonly required.

Requires 1-3 years of professional experience in project administration or a support role.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
