URGENT HIRING – *Engineering & Project Lead (HVAC)*

Location: Qatar

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering & Project Lead (HVAC) to lead engineering and project coordination activities for a major industrial project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HVAC engineering team.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Review and approve engineering deliverables.

Manage HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.

Monitor engineering schedules and ensure timely project execution.

Support procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.

Resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

8–10 years of HVAC engineering and project execution experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, engineering coordination, and construction practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Revit/BIM is an added advantage).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
