Position SummarY:
Radiology Partners is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive day-to-day execution and Agile delivery across engineering teams working on our enterprise imaging solutions. In this role, you will lead Agile ceremonies, align product and engineering efforts, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. You’ll serve as a key liaison between engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders—facilitating collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. You’ll ensure alignment across products, engineering, and clinical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and iterative progress.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement across engineering squads.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, ensure sprint readiness, and align sprint goals with project objectives.
  • Monitor velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics to ensure predictability and transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously optimize processes through retrospectives, post-mortems, and adoption of standardized Agile governance.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years in Agile delivery, project management, or engineering coordination.
  • Experience in healthcare or imaging (PACS, DICOM, VNA, RIS).
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with Agile and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in regulated or enterprise environments
  • Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies, analyzing delivery metrics, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Scrum Master; background in software engineering, QA, or technical product roles.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $100K-$120K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
