Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead large‑scale capital projects across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is fully remote with approximately 50% regional travel, primarily throughout the Midwest (NE, KS, CO, IA, MO, WI). The position supports a growing engineering organization with a strong project pipeline and long‑term stability, offering exposure to diverse product lines and complex, high‑value initiatives.

Manage multiple concurrent projects across different manufacturing sites, with typical project values consistently ranging from

Develop and manage detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and cost forecasts.

Coordinate and oversee external vendors, OEMs, contractors, and engineering service providers, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.

Partner cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to align project objectives with plant needs.

Lead projects spanning
new equipment installations, processing lines, utilities, facilities, warehousing, conveyor systems, and infrastructure upgrades

Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
