Job Title: Engineering Quality Control Inspector

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Reports To: Quality Manager / Production Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all manufactured components meet required quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and a strong understanding of engineering tolerances and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional inspection of machined, fabricated, and assembled components using precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use and maintain measuring tools such as:
• Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer
• Thread Gauge
• Depth Gauge
• Dial Gauge
• Record and document all inspection results accurately.
• Identify non-conformities and communicate deviations to production and quality teams.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Follow all company quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 12th Standard or Diploma / ITI
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in mechanical component inspection or precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerance limits.
• Hands-on experience with manual and digital precision measuring tools.
• Good attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
