Job Title: Engineering Quality Control InspectorDepartment: Quality Assurance / Quality ControlLocation: Peelamedu, CoimbatoreReports To: Quality Manager / Production HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all manufactured components meet required quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and a strong understanding of engineering tolerances and inspection processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform dimensional inspection of machined, fabricated, and assembled components using precision measuring instruments.</li><li>Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products for compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>Use and maintain measuring tools such as:</li><li>Vernier Caliper</li><li>Micrometer</li><li>Thread Gauge</li><li>Depth Gauge</li><li>Dial Gauge</li><li>Record and document all inspection results accurately.</li><li>Identify non-conformities and communicate deviations to production and quality teams.</li><li>Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.</li><li>Able to read and interpret engineering drawings</li><li>Follow all company quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>12th Standard or Diploma / ITI </li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in mechanical component inspection or precision manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&amp;T, and tolerance limits.</li><li>Hands-on experience with manual and digital precision measuring tools.</li><li>Good attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to quality.</li><li>Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

This role involves managing a team of design engineers, ensuring that all designs meet functional requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations, while optimizing for cost and manufacturability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leadership &amp; Management</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of design and development engineers.</li><li>Plan and allocate design resources effectively to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for the team.</li><li>Design &amp; Development</li><li>Oversee the creation of detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.</li><li>Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.</li><li>Approve final designs before release to production.</li><li>Technical Expertise</li><li>Review and validate design calculations, tolerance analyses, and material selections.</li><li>Drive the use of best practices in CAD modeling, simulation, and design verification.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA).</li><li>Project Management</li><li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to prototype to production.</li><li>Develop and maintain design timelines, budgets, and progress reports.</li><li>Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for design reviews and approvals.</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li><li>Implement design process improvements and standardization.</li><li>Stay updated with new design tools, materials, and industry trends.</li><li>Promote innovation and value engineering in all design activities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Product Design / related engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;12 years of experience in mechanical or product design, with at least 3&ndash;5 years in a leadership or managerial role.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of GD&amp;T, tolerance stack-up, and design standards.</li><li>Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, sheet metal, or plastic molding.</li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in product development for automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or consumer goods industries.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems.</li><li>Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Leadership and team-building ability</li><li>Attention to detail and design accuracy</li><li>Strategic and innovative mindset</li><li>Strong coordination and decision-making skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;335,000.00 - &#8377;450,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
