Position Overview:
The Engineering Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling engineering products and services to clients in industries such as Oil & Gas, Cement, FMCG, Power, and Manufacturing. The role requires a candidate with a DAE in Electrical or Mechanical who is eager to build a career in sales, combining technical knowledge with business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in relevant industries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable engineering products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product/service specifications are provided.
- Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and follow-up with clients to close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the engineering sector.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities to the Senior Management.
Qualification & Experience:
- DAE in Electrical or Mechanical
- Fresh candidates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
