Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze engineering problems, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to create effective solutions. You will engage in structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that all engineering tasks align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for providing deliverables to specification, within agreed timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction. • Ability to deconstruct complex problem into solvable issues. • Maintaining the Quality records and KPI’s. • Logging deliverables and Project tracking. • Organized and Pro-active. • Elaborative and precise communication skills. • Ability to deep dive into subject matter without losing focus on deliverables. • French language is an added advantage. • Knowledge of Catia V5: Good Hands-on experience in different Catia Modules such as Part Design, Surface, Sheet Metal and CPD • Working Knowledge on PASS, VPM, SAP (PEA & PAC). GILDA • Exposure to work with Scripts (VBA) /Macros is an added advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: • Experience in Concession methodologies and Processes for A350/A320 Task T100/T200. • Should have Experience on the design assessment for aircraft components and assemblies. • Analysis of production and in-service non-conformities. • Minimum 8 years of working experience on Concession, • Strong Manufacturing engineering knowledge, drawing reading, and understanding skills, Knowledge on GD&T. • Working Knowledge in Metallic and Composite Aircraft Structures. • Structure experience and T0 activity is an added advantage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in Aircraft Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
