• 
  Lead and supervise the engineering team during assigned shifts to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

• Coordinate daily operations including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.

• Monitor and maintain all hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and inventory.

• Train and mentor junior engineering staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to support guest services and hotel operations.

• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests to ensure minimal disruption.

• Assist in managing vendor relationships and oversee outsourced maintenance work.

• 
  Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or a related field.

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are preferred.
