Engineering Specialist

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution within scope, time, and budget.
· Support operations and maintenance teams by offering sustainable and efficient technical solutions.
· Design and technical deliver of all support the operations.
· Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
· Assist in drafting and modifying engineering drawings using CAD software based on guidance from senior engineers.
· Participate in engineering studies and contribute to feasibility assessments and preliminary designs.
· Conduct technical research to support design decisions, material selection, and system optimization.
· Support in reviewing technical specifications, datasheets, and supplier documentation.
· Monitor and document project progress and provide regular updates to the senior engineer or team leader.
· Collect and analyze technical data from the field or operations to support process improvements.
· Assist in preparing bills of materials (BOMs), technical submittals, and tender documents.
· Follow up with suppliers or subcontractors on technical clarifications and documentation.
· Ensure engineering records, calculations, and reports are organized and archived properly.
· Help identify potential engineering issues and communicate them to the team proactively.

Attend project meetings and workshops to gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
