Infrastructure Maintenance and Improvements 30%:
Maintain, repair, and operate large equipment such as vacuum pumps, air compressors, and mechanical systems across all Aerospace Engineering facilities, including off-campus sites.
Safety Compliance and Security 10%:
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
Routinely moves audio/visual equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across campus for various classroom and event needs.
Occasionally ascends/descends ladders to service lights.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position during the entire shift.
Constantly position self to install computer equipment, including under desks.
Requires the ability to travel to various locations to conduct work and deliver materials.
This position requires inspection of sites to detect safety concerns.
A higher salary may be considered for an extraordinarily qualified candidate.
