English as a Foreign Language Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Teach student-focused lessons using our curriculum and materials.
• Lead activities that improve English skills and build confidence.
• Adjust teaching methods for different learning styles and individual needs.
• Track student progress, give feedback, and complete daily assessments.
• Teach online classes in 25-, 15-, or 7-minute sessions.
• Use Zoom and other digital tools to enhance lessons.
• Complete reports and administrative tasks on time.
• Be professional, reliable, and punctual at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must Show Proof of Citizenship of the U.S., Canada, or the U.K.
• Stable landline or Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed).
• High-quality headset with microphone (no earbuds).
• Valid government-issued ID (Passport or Driver’s License).
• Professional home workspace setup with a clean, appropriate background.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, homeschooling, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
• ESL teaching certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience teaching beginner-level ESL students is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Evening Shift: 18:00 – 24:00 KST (04:00 – 10:00 AM EST)
• Must be available for at least 4 consecutive hours, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). This schedule is non-negotiable.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated English teachers to join our online ESL program for Korean students of all ages. You will teach engaging lessons, support student learning, and create a positive, motivating classroom using our curriculum and digital tools.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
