About the Role:
You will provide chat-based customer support for a leading laptop brand in the US, focusing on B2C (Business to Consumer) interactions. This position involves handling customer chats exclusively according to company guidelines and working towards performance and sales targets.

Benefits
Fixed net salary: 18,000 EGP per month
Performance-based bonus (KPIs): up to 4,000 EGP, including transportation allowance
Transportation allowance: 3,000 EGP provided to help you choose private transportation options
Night Shift Allowance : 2,000 EGP (Night Shift)
