English Communication Skills Trainer

Job Overview

Enablers is looking for an English Communication Skills Trainer for its Lahore campus. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong teaching skills, and the ability to improve students’ confidence, fluency, and overall communication. This is a performance-based opportunity with growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct English communication training sessions (onsite & online)
  • Train students in:
  • Spoken English & fluency development
  • Grammar (basic to advanced)
  • Vocabulary building
  • Pronunciation & accent improvement
  • Public speaking & presentation skills
  • Design and follow lesson plans & structured curriculum
  • Conduct speaking activities, role plays, and group discussions
  • Prepare worksheets, assignments, and practice material
  • Take regular assessments and speaking evaluations
  • Improve students’ confidence and communication skills
  • Provide individual feedback to students
  • Maintain class discipline and engagement
  • Identify and work on students’ weak areas
  • Coordinate with management for batch scheduling
  • Ensure timely completion of course modules

Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken & written English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Prior teaching/training experience (preferred)
  • Ability to engage and manage students
  • Passion for teaching and personality development
  • Confidence in conducting presentations & public speaking sessions

Compensation:

  • Percentage-based income share model
  • Earnings will be calculated on student enrollment
  • Details will be discussed during the interview

Work Location: In person
