English Language Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Language Trainer to enhance employees' verbal and written communication abilities in a professional workplace environment. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging training programs focused on business communication, presentation skills, workplace etiquette, and professional English proficiency to support employee growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct English language and communication skills training sessions for employees.
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on spoken English, business writing, presentation skills, and workplace communication.
• Assess employees' communication proficiency and identify development areas.
• Design training materials, learning activities, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve their confidence and communication effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops on email writing, report writing, meeting etiquette, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
• Monitor participant progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify learning needs and training objectives.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated on training methodologies and communication best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in English language training, communication skills training, corporate training, teaching, or learning & development.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver interactive learning experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms..
