English Communication Specialist (US Time Zone – Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled English Communication Specialist to support our Skill Development Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing participants’ spoken and written English, focusing on professional communication aligned with US standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on spoken and written English
• Improve participants’ pronunciation, fluency, and confidence
• Train on business communication (emails, calls, meetings)
• Prepare training materials and session plans
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback
• Conduct mock calls and real-time communication practice (US accent & etiquette)
• Support candidates in becoming job-ready for US-based roles

Requirements:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Neutral or US accent preferred
• Prior experience in communication training, teaching, or similar role
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite during US time zone (night shift)
• Patience and ability to train diverse groups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
• Experience in BPO, call center training, or soft skills training
• Certifications in language training (IELTS/TOEFL/TEFL) are a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs81,000.00 per month
