Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English-speaking Customer Support Agent located in Cairo. The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards. The role involves proactive problem-solving, adherence to company guidelines, and offering best-in-class service to elevate the Tabby user experience.
Qualifications
Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£36,000.00 per month
