Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English-speaking Customer Support Agent located in Cairo. The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards. The role involves proactive problem-solving, adherence to company guidelines, and offering best-in-class service to elevate the Tabby user experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English proficiency at B2-C1 level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer queries and provide solutions
  • Ability to use and navigate digital tools and customer service platforms effectively
  • Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£36,000.00 per month
