Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls when required (follow-ups, surveys, confirmations, etc.)
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and attendance)
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
