Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for an English Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries via phone or other communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by following established guidelines and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
